These Terms of Service govern access to and use of DesignexClip, a platform operated by Designex Studio e Produções Ltda.
By accessing or using DesignexClip, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and to the platform’s Privacy Policy.
1. Services
DesignexClip provides tools for importing, processing, clipping, transcribing, captioning, branding, organizing, scheduling, and publishing videos on third-party platforms.
Some features depend on the availability, authorization requirements, and technical limitations of services such as Google Drive, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
2. User Account
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity performed through your account.
Social media accounts are connected using the official authorization systems provided by each platform. DesignexClip does not request or store your social media passwords.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the videos, images, logos, audio files, captions, and other materials uploaded to the platform.
By using the service, you authorize DesignexClip to temporarily store, process, modify, and transmit these materials solely to provide the features requested by you.
You confirm that you have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations relating to the content you use, including copyrights, image rights, music rights, trademarks, and voice rights.
You may not use the platform to publish illegal, misleading, unauthorized, harmful, or infringing content.
4. Artificial Intelligence
Some features may use artificial intelligence to transcribe content, identify relevant segments, and generate titles, captions, descriptions, hashtags, or editorial suggestions.
AI-generated results may contain errors and must be reviewed before publication. DesignexClip does not guarantee views, engagement, monetization, viral performance, or approval by third-party platforms.
5. Publishing and Integrations
You are responsible for selecting the correct content channel, social account, platform, publication date, and posting settings.
Posts may fail, be delayed, or require manual action due to technical problems, expired permissions, usage limits, content reviews, or changes made by third-party platforms.
DesignexClip does not control decisions involving content removal, account restrictions, demonetization, suspension, or termination imposed by third-party platforms.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep the service secure and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued for technical, operational, legal, security, or third-party service reasons.
7. Responsibility and Liability
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.
DesignexClip is not responsible for damages resulting from user-provided content, publication to an incorrect account, loss of reach or revenue, copyright violations, platform penalties, or improper use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
8. Suspension or Termination
Access may be restricted or suspended in cases involving:

Violation of the rules of connected platforms.
9. Privacy

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, integrations, business operations, or applicable laws.
When significant changes are made, users may be notified through the platform or through their registered contact information.
